16th Century Painting in Northern Europe

An exploration of the art of Germany, England and the Netherlands in the 16th century. We will look at paintings, drawings, woodcuts and engravings by artists such as Dürer, Grünewald, Bruegel and Holbein and the subject matter will range from religion to landscapes to portraits of Henry VIII. This course will delivered online using Zoom.

NEW  Leonardo, Michelangelo and Raphael

This course will look at sculptures and paintings by Leonardo, Michelangelo and Raphael. The aim of the course is to study the art of the High Renaissance in Italy. It is for anyone who enjoys looking at paintings and sculptures from the past and would like to know more about them. This course will delivered online using Zoom.
